Haven Pathways Community Interest Company is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to building confidence, resilience, and future opportunities for young people aged 11–15.

Through wellbeing kits, workshops, and mock workplace programmes, we support young learners in developing practical life skills, emotional resilience, and an understanding of the working world. Our programmes create safe and engaging environments where young people can grow in confidence, learn teamwork and communication, and begin to understand the pathways available to them in the future.

Our themed wellbeing kits provide practical resources and emotional support, helping young people manage challenges and build positive habits. Our workshops and six-week development programmes give students the opportunity to learn essential skills such as workplace etiquette, communication, organisation, and basic office tasks within a realistic mock workplace environment.

We work collaboratively with organisations and employers who support our mission, helping to build meaningful connections between education, community support, and future employment pathways.
